— Portfolio: Selected Projects
All projects were completed while working as a consultant or project manager for firms such as Parvis, Momentum, and LWLP.
The listed clients engaged these firms to develop their vision.

Centro Bohiti – Moca, Puerto Rico
Duration: 1 month
In the heart of a tropical valley in Moca, Centro Bohiti wanted to host wellness retreats in a setting that feels both natural and inspiring.
Approach
Faro imagined two development visions: a light, landscape-integrated version and a more structured model centered around a main pavilion.
Each scenario included maps, case studies, a mini pro-forma, and mood renderings.
Result
A harmonious concept of six cabanas, wooded trails, and a central meditation area — connecting nature, community, and design.
A signature project that embodies what Faro does best: clarity, vision, and a deep sense of place.

Old Port of Montreal – Vestiges Park Revitalization
Duration: 6 months
Role: Completed by Gabrielle Anne Reid under the LWLP banner
A historic site in the Old Port to be reinvented — livelier, better connected, and economically sustainable.
Approach
Under the LWLP banner, Gabrielle Anne Reid defined a strategy to transform an underused area into a vibrant destination.
The project proposed new programming for reception, dining, and activity zones, combining culture, commerce, and public accessibility.
Result
A lively waterfront year-round, bridging heritage and creativity.
A clear vision: turning the Old Port into a place of energy, gathering, and Montréal pride.

Saint-Basile-le-Grand – Integrated Residential Development
Duration: 1 month
Role: Completed by Gabrielle Anne Reid under the Parvis Urbanisme banner
On a growing site, the client sought balance between residential density, nature, and quality of life.
Approach
Under Parvis Urbanisme, Gabrielle Anne Reid developed three scenarios to test optimal density, access, and site profitability, while maintaining a generous green network and smooth circulation.
Result
A clear and green plan where 40% of the site remains open space and pedestrian paths promote a calm lifestyle.
A model for sustainable neighborhoods — simple, coherent, and meaningful.
